1: Getting to know you
Our team will hold a session with you to understand what you want from the consultants in your organisation, identify current skills gaps, and determine where you would like the training to focus.
We aim to learn more about your company’s culture to help embed your company values.
2: Developing the course content
Based on your unique requirements, our team will develop the training material to fit them perfectly, selecting from our current training modules, or developing bespoke modules if required.
Within 48 hours of the kickoff workshop, we can play back the key elements of the training plan for your approval before starting the training.
3: Delivering the course content
We will deliver the training according to your requirements. This could be an intensive one-day session, a series of 90-minute sessions, or a longer programme allowing us to cover more ground.
Delivery can be in-person or online, ensuring flexibility to meet your specific needs
4: Ongoing support and community
Upon completing the training, participants will have access to our community of consultants, providing a platform for ongoing learning, support, and professional networking.
Optional post-training coaching is also available to reinforce learning and provide further guidance.
